THE CLIENT

Despite being a long-established and thriving clinic with more than 60 years of history, Little Rock Pediatric Clinic lacked a cohesive brand and website design that properly reflected their quality of service. This was one brand redesign that wasn’t about increasing revenue or generating new leads. The waiting room at Little Rock Pediatric Clinic stays full of patients, and the clinic’s long-standing reputation guarantees that that won’t change anytime soon. Rather, LRPC wanted to use this opportunity to establish brand authority and offer patient parents a since of security and well-being through a professional, modern brand design and a website filled with resources such as dosing tables, immunization schedules, and child development reference guides. We began with a playful yet warm color palette inspired by the paint choices from LRPC’s recent renovation. Brand marks include a tricycle, training wheels, and “big kid” bicycle that represent LRPC’s care at every stage of childhood.

Creating content for a website can be daunting at best, and Rosemary facilitated the entire process with ease and the exact amount of gentle nudging I needed to get it done. Her eye for design and color choices fit our desired aesthetic perfectly, and we are thrilled with the outcome of our entire branding package. Her project management skills are superior, as she followed up on edits almost immediately. Her knowledge of what does and doesn't work really helped to guide us through the entire process. I cannot imagine having a better experience and highly recommend Rosemary—very professional, with an exceptional personal touch to all her work.
