Brand Design
YOUR BRAND IS MORE THAN JUST A LOGO—IT’S THE STORY YOU TELL
Your brand is the story your business tells the world and the connection between you and your customer. We begin by defining your ideal client, then develop a voice and visual identity that conveys exactly how you can help them.

One hour consultation to determine your visual voice, what you like, and what you need.
Discovery questionnaire and Pinterest board collaboration
Preliminary round of two designs, reviewed via phone consultation, from which you would choose one design for finalization.
A comprehensive Brand Style Guide that includes all of your brand’s elements together in one place, best practices, and application examples to inspire and guide you.
One round of revisions to complete the design process.
A zip file of all your brand package files in a variety of color combinations within your color palette, both for print and web use, including:
Primary Logo
Secondary Logo
Custom Color Palette
Submark or Monogram
Brand Icon
Brand packages are available in three tiers: Brand Foundations, Brand Essentials, and Brand Suite. Different tiers include varying amounts of brand collateral designs for things like patterns, illustrations, stationery and marketing support.

Printed products are not supplied but I am happy to recommend printers or supply specific files.
Licenses for fonts, stock photography or purchased graphics are not included and will be billed separately as needed.

Website Design
YOUR DIGITAL HOME SHOULD BE AN EXTENSION OF YOUR BRAND
Your website should invite people in, keep them engaged, then inspire them to act, all while reflecting your brand’s visual identity and elevating your digital reach.

All of our Squarespace website design packages include:
One-hour consultation to determine desired site content and online goals
Discovery questionnaire
One round of revisions to complete the website design process
Responsive mobile site design
Keyword research, meta descriptions, and search engine optimization
Securing, transferring, or mapping your domain, and site launch
Setup of Google Workspace
One-hour coaching session on how to navigate and update your Squarespace website, including tracking analytics, adding/updating calendar events, writing blog posts, etc.
A PDF detailing everything from our coaching session to keep for your reference

Annual fees for website hosting, domains, Google Workspace, and any paid site plug-ins are not included in the web design price and will be billed separately as needed.
Licenses for fonts, stock photography or purchased graphics are not included in the web design price and will be billed separately as needed.
We do not offer website retainer plans. However, after your website has launched, we’re always available for support, updates, or edits at an hourly rate.

VIP Design Day
KNOCK OUT YOUR DESIGN WISHLIST LIST IN A SINGLE DAY
The VIP Design Day is an expedited experience for entrepreneurs who have a laundry-list of design needs, but don’t have the time for long wait periods and weeks of back-and-forth.

Pre-VIP Day questionnaire and 30-minute phone call to discuss your needs and set realistic goals and priorities for what we can complete
On your selected date, you get 8 hours of one-on-one design time with check-ins throughout the day.
After your VIP Design Day is complete and you’ve had a chance to review, you’ll get one final hour of design edits and/or support to make sure everything is perfect.

VIP Design Days do not allow enough time for a new brand design or website design.
Printed products are not supplied but I am happy to recommend printers or supply specific files.

VIP Design Days begin at $1450 and must be scheduled at least one-week in advance of the chosen date to allow enough time for a Discovery questionnaire and phone call. The Design Day lasts 8 hours with frequent check-ins throughout the day.
After your design day, you’ll have a week to review everything we completed and submit any feedback for a final hour of edits.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot, and the remaining 50% of payment is due at EOD on your VIP Design Day.

Website refresh with site-wide edits, adding 1-2 new pages, updating branding or photography on the site, adding new product to your online shop
Branding refresh, such as updating branding with new taglines, color palette refresh, font curation update, alternative logo design (such as a 10th anniversary edition of your existing logo)

Discovery
When you’re a small business owner, there never seems to be enough time, money, or resources. That’s why it’s important that you aren’t wasting time, money, or resources trying to find clients that aren’t a good fit. We always begin by designing your ideal client—someone who won’t just purchase from you, but who will engage with and be an advocate for your brand.
Strategy
After designing your ideal client, we figure out how to target them with the right messaging and positioning, ensuring that you find clients who value your expertise and come back to you time and time again. What makes you the right person to solve their problems? How does this client engage with your brand or use your website? How do you plan to reach out to them?
Creation
Once we have a firm grasp of the story we’re telling and who we’re telling it to, we put everything we’ve learned together to create a suite of branding collateral to communicate it. You’ll never get “just a logo” from us. Our branding packages include designs for every application, so that your business looks its best across all platforms.
